About the Event

About the Event

Barricade Firing is considered a foundational course offered by Range University, yet it is not an entry-level course. During this course of fire, students will learn sophisticated pistol handling techniques while utilizing cover and concealment.

A few of the skills covered are vehicle shielding, alternate firing positions, one-handed manipulations, off-hand firing, stress inoculation, speed drills, and much more. Students will be challenged both physically and mentally as they negotiate each barricade.

Students will emerge from this course with a graduate-level understanding of “WHY” each step is taken and a level of confidence to overcome these obstacles on their continuing education pathway.
